The innovative design leverages tunnel side blowing and a variable frequency conveyor belt to lower product temperatures swiftly to -18 ºC. Each unit is evenly and rapidly frozen, and the automatic drop feature ensures seamless shipping.
2. Employing an advanced adjustable heat wave blowing design, the system enhances cold air concentration and quick freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped by multidirectional winds for faster freezing and consistent top-tier quality. With a unique wind direction adjustment mechanism and an accurate air guidance system, wind loss is minimized. The low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points preserve internal conditions. The internal air guide adjustment allows real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry and preventing overflow. Additionally, an adjustable windbreak insulation device expertly controls feeding height, minimizing cooling capacity loss.
