Through the sophisticated variable frequency conveyor belt, products are uniformly and swiftly frozen, followed by automatic dispatch, ensuring a seamless process.
2. By implementing an adjustable heat wave blowing design, this system enhances the precision of cold air application, dramatically boosting freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped with evenly distributed air currents from multiple directions, speeding up freezing times and maintaining consistent quality. Our unique wind direction adjustment device, combined with a precise air guidance system, prevents air escape. Meanwhile, specially designed low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both inlet and outlet points ensure effective air retention. With an internal air guide adjustment device, you can effortlessly adjust wind direction at any time, maintaining cold air symmetry. Furthermore, the adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates the feeding height, preserving cooling capacity.
