1. Utilizing the frigid -35 ºC environment and the advanced principle of tunnel side blowing, the product temperature is swiftly reduced to -18 ºC via a high-tech variable frequency conveyor belt. Each unit is rapidly and evenly frozen, with automatic unloading for seamless operation.
2. Incorporating an innovative adjustable heat wave blowing design, this freezer enhances cold air concentration for increased quick freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped in a multidirectional wind flow, accelerating the freezing process and guaranteeing uniform quality. A unique wind direction adjustment mechanism, paired with a precise air guidance system, prevents wind dispersal. Low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit, alongside an internal air guide adjuster, allow for instant wind direction control to maintain cold air symmetry without overflow. The adjustable windbreak insulation feature manages feeding height to minimize cooling loss.
