By harnessing the extreme -35 ºC temperature within the warehouse and employing the tunnel side blowing technique, the product's temperature is efficiently lowered to a crisp -18 ºC via a sophisticated variable frequency conveyor belt. Each unit is promptly and uniformly frozen, with an automated system ensuring seamless shipment.
2. The design incorporates an adjustable heat wave blowing mechanism that enhances cold air focus and quick freezing effectiveness. Frozen goods are enveloped in multiple wind directions for faster freezing and consistent quality. Utilizing a distinctive wind direction adjustment feature and precise air guidance system, it prevents wind dispersion while incorporating low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both the inlet and outlet. The internal air guidance adjustment apparatus allows wind direction modifications at any moment, maintaining cold air symmetry without spillage; the adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feed height, preventing cooling capacity loss.
