1. Harnessing a -35 ºC environment within the chamber and the tunnel side-blowing principle, this freezer lowers the product temperature to -18 ºC via a variable frequency conveyor belt. Each piece is uniformly and swiftly frozen, dropping automatically into shipment.
2. Featuring an adjustable heat wave blowing design, this freezer enhances cold air concentration and rapid freezing efficiency. Products are uniformly enveloped by wind from multiple directions, ensuring faster freezing and consistent quality. It incorporates an exclusive wind direction adjustment and precise air guidance system to prevent wind drift, alongside the design of low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guidance device allows real-time wind direction adjustments, maintaining cold air symmetry without spillage; the adjustable windbreak insulation device fine-tunes feeding height to prevent cooling capacity loss.
