Ingeniously utilizing a chilling -35 ºC environment within the warehouse and a tunnel side blowing principle, this system rapidly lowers product temperatures to -18 ºC through a variable frequency conveyor belt. This ensures each unit is uniformly and quickly frozen, culminating in seamless automatic shipment.
2. Employing an innovative adjustable heat wave blowing design, our system enhances cold air concentration and accelerates quick freezing efficiency. The multi-directional airflow ensures products are evenly frozen, resulting in consistent high-quality outcomes. A unique wind direction adjustment mechanism coupled with a precise air guidance system prevents wind loss, while low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at the inlet and outlet further optimize the process. The internal air guide adjustment feature allows real-time wind direction modification, maintaining cold air symmetry and eliminating overflow; plus, the adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feeding height, minimizing cooling capacity loss.
