Utilizing a precise -35 ºC environment inside the warehouse, combined with the innovative tunnel side blowing principle, products are cooled quickly to -18 ºC through a state-of-the-art variable frequency conveyor belt. Each unit is uniformly and rapidly frozen, with automatic dropping of shipments, ensuring seamless operations.
2. Features an adjustable heat wave blowing design that significantly enhances cold air concentration and quick freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped in cold air streams from multiple directions, facilitating faster freezing and uniform quality. With a unique wind direction adjustment device and an intricate air guidance system, the freezer prevents wind drift, and with specially designed low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both inlet and outlet, it ensures optimal efficiency. The internal air guide adjustment device allows for real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry without leakage, while the adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height, conserving cooling capacity effectively.
