This process ensures each unit is uniformly and swiftly frozen, culminating in automatic, seamless shipment dropping.
2. Featuring an adjustable heat wave blowing design, this system enhances cold air concentration and quick freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped in multidirectional air currents for faster freezing, guaranteeing consistent quality. Our unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system prevent wind misdirection. With low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at inlets and outlets, the internal air guide adjustment device provides real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow. Additionally, the adjustable windbreak insulation device controls feeding height, preventing loss of cooling capacity.
