1. Utilizing a chilling temperature of -35 ºC within the warehouse and employing the innovative principle of tunnel side blowing, this design rapidly reduces product temperatures to -18 ºC. The variable frequency conveyor belt facilitates a uniform and brisk freezing process, enabling automatic discharge of the frozen goods.
2. Featuring an adjustable heat wave blowing design, this system heightens the focus of cold air, significantly enhancing the quick freezing process. Products are enveloped in cold air from multiple directions, ensuring expedited freezing and uniform quality. With a unique wind direction adjustment device and a precise air guidance system, this design prevents wind loss, complemented by low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both inlet and outlet points. The internal air guide adjustment device allows for on-the-fly wind direction adjustments, maintaining cold air symmetry without spillage, while the adjustable windbreak insulation device controls the feeding height, preserving cooling capacity.
