Tunnel quick freezing machine is widely used as all-in one freezer for seafood, poultry, vegetable seafood, fruit, pastry and prepared food, etc.
 
Features of stainless steel belt quick freezing tunnel freezer type blast freezer
 
1. There are 2 choices for conveying belt, imported high-intensity stainless steel belt or mesh belt, both with conversion infinite speed variation. As a conversion double-stage driving system, it is safe and reliable in running.
2. Air blower is divided into cross blast from right and left, mixed blast and top blast according to different frozen products, which makes perfect freezing, quality and efficiency.
3. Cold air blower applies overall aluminum pipe and sheet and optimum designed pitch of fins, advanced in structure and efficient in refrigeration. 
4. Short freezing time, adopted the good effect cross-ventilation, with the frozen time 3 to 60 min.
5. Matched with double speed electric motor, widen the use bound as well as saving the energy.
6.The equipment is manufactured with the frequency conversion double level drivers system. Each of the driver system can work in gear when some malfunction with the other driver system or frequency conversion drivers system, the speed can be changed in certain range.
7.The quick-freezing machine applies polyurethane double-surface stainless steel storehouse with stainless steel frame, meeting the requirements of exported food.
