Harnessing a chilling -35 ºC temperature within the warehouse and the innovative principle of tunnel side blowing, products are efficiently cooled to -18 ºC using a variable frequency conveyor belt. This results in uniformly and rapidly frozen individual units, with automated shipment dropping for streamlined operations.
2. Employing a revolutionary adjustable heat wave blowing design, this system enhances cold air focus and maximizes quick freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped evenly in multiple directions, accelerating the freezing process and ensuring uniformity and quality. It incorporates a unique wind direction adjustment device along with a precise air guidance system to prevent wind drift, complemented by low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guide adjustment device allows real-time wind direction modifications, maintaining cold air symmetry and preventing overflow. The adjustable windbreak insulation device meticulously controls feeding height, minimizing cooling capacity loss.
