This feat is achieved through the use of a variable frequency conveyor belt, ensuring each unit is uniformly and swiftly frozen with automatic discharge.
2. The revolutionary adjustable heat wave blowing design enhances cold air focus and quick freezing efficiency. Frozen products benefit from multidirectional airflow, resulting in faster freezing and consistent quality. Our unique wind direction adjustment and precise air guidance systems prevent wind runaway, complemented by low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both inlet and outlet. The internal air guide adjustment device allows real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry and minimizing overflow. Additionally, the adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height, preventing cooling capacity loss, ensuring optimal freezing performance.
