FSW Series Tunnel Freezer Design:
1. By harnessing the chilling power of the -35 ºC environment within the warehouse, combined with the precision of tunnel side blowing, products are efficiently cooled to -18 ºC. This is achieved through a variable frequency conveyor belt that ensures products are uniformly and rapidly frozen, culminating in automated product release.
2. Employing an adaptable heat wave blowing design enhances the concentration of cold air, accelerating the freezing process. Products are uniformly enveloped with cold air from multiple directions, ensuring rapid and consistent quality freezing. A bespoke wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system prevent air dispersion. Low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points, along with an internal air guide adjustment device, allow for real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry without loss. The adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feed height, minimizing cooling capacity loss.
