FSW Series Tunnel Freezer Design:
1. Utilizing an impressively low -35 ºC internal temperature and the tunnel side blowing principle, the system efficiently reduces product temperature to -18 ºC. This is achieved through a variable frequency conveyor belt that uniformly and swiftly freezes individual units before automatically dropping them for shipment.
2. Leveraging an adjustable heat wave blowing design, this advanced system enhances cold air concentration and rapid freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped by evenly distributed air currents from multiple angles, accelerating the freezing process while ensuring consistent quality. A unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system prevent wind dispersion, complemented by specially designed low-temperature-resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guide adjustment device allows for real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow. An adjustable windbreak insulation mechanism manages feeding height and minimizes cooling capacity loss.
