Overall design of spiral freezer:

6. Install maintenance channels inside the quick freezing room; The evaporator is equipped with a water defrosting device; The drum is equipped with a cleaning device for easy cleaning and maintenance;
7. The frozen room is equipped with a welded stainless steel large water tray and a drainage channel at the edge to avoid dust and water accumulation, ensuring food safety and hygiene.

The import and export areas are designed as return air passing areas, equipped with stainless steel wind blocking devices, insulation devices for the import and export cargo compartments, and adjustable stainless steel wind blocking and insulation devices for the import and export to prevent the loss of cold exchange capacity caused by different air pressure in the internal and external temperature zones.
11. The maintenance door is made of SUS304 double-sided stainless steel self extinguishing flame-retardant rigid polyurethane insulation board, equipped with a safety electric heating device, low temperature resistant, aging resistant, oil resistant sealed double rubber strip, which can be opened internally, and the safety warning sign meets the requirements of GB2894, ensuring safe operation.
12. A large distance high-efficiency dedicated evaporator reduces the temperature difference between the evaporation temperature and the quick freezing room temperature, with delayed defrosting. The defrosting is independently drained and separated from the cleaning water drainage to facilitate the reuse of defrosting water.
