Harnessing temperatures as low as -35 ºC within the warehouse, alongside the strategic principle of tunnel side blowing, temperatures of products are efficiently reduced to -18 ºC through the dynamic action of a variable frequency conveyor belt, achieving rapid and uniform freezing before automatically dispatching the shipment.
2. The innovative adjustable heat wave blowing design enhances the focus of cold air and maximizes quick freezing efficiency. Frozen products are meticulously enveloped by multidirectional airflow, accelerating the freezing process and ensuring uniform quality. Featuring a unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system, it prevents wind dispersion while incorporating low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guide adjustment mechanism allows for real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry and preventing overflow. Additionally, the adjustable windbreak insulation device precisely regulates feeding height, minimizing cooling capacity loss.
