During the ice-making process, the water distribution system evenly sprays water onto the internal surface of the ice maker, ensuring rapid freezing. Once ice forms, the helix ice cutter seamlessly descends to break off the ice. This sophisticated technique maximizes the evaporator's potential, enhancing the overall ice-making efficiency.
Produces ice that is of exceptional quality—dry and free-flowing, with no caking for superior usability.
Crafted with precision, the automatic plate ice machine with a vertical evaporator creates flake ice ranging in thickness from approximately 1mm to 2mm. This irregular flake ice not only boasts excellent mobility but also offers versatile applications.
