FSW Series Tunnel Freezer Design:
1. Utilizing a chilling -35 ºC inside temperature combined with tunnel side blowing principles, the system efficiently lowers product temperature to -18 ºC via a variable frequency conveyor belt. This method ensures uniform, rapid freezing, with automatic product discharge.
2. Employing an adjustable heat wave blowing design, it enhances cold air concentration and quick freezing efficiency. Products are evenly enveloped by cold air from multiple directions, ensuring faster freezing and uniform quality. Featuring a unique wind direction adjustment device and a precise air guidance system to prevent air loss, the design incorporates low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at inlet and outlet points. The internal air guide adjustment allows for real-time wind direction control, ensuring cold air symmetry without overflow, while an adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height to prevent cooling capacity loss.
