FEATURES:
The defrosting room operates on a sophisticated principle. By circulating low temperature and high humidity air around the surface of frozen products, it ensures they defrost evenly and gradually with minimal temperature variance. Post-defrost, a light frost remains on the products, with weight loss expertly controlled within 1%-commonly 0.5%. The color is revitalized to a fresh and vibrant state. Surface and core temperature differences are maintained within a tight 2-degree Celsius range, using customer-supplied steam heating. (Required steam pressure: 3kg/sq. cm.)

DEFROSTING STAGES:
1. Stage one: Transitioning inner air temperature from +10°C to a cooler +4°C over 1.5 hours;
2. Stage two: Further cooling inner air temperature from +4°C down to +1°C, spanning 5.5 to 9.5 hours;
3. Stage three: Bringing inner air temperature from +1°C to a colder -3°C within 1 hour;
4. Stage four: Maintain inner air temperature at -3°C for cold storage. Post stage three, defrosting completes and an alert sounds for 5 minutes. Without intervention, the system progresses to stage four automatically.
