1. Harnessing a -35 ºC warehouse temperature coupled with the tunnel side blowing principle, the product temperature is swiftly lowered to -18 ºC using a variable frequency conveyor belt. This ensures individual units are uniformly and rapidly frozen with automated discharge.
2. Our design incorporates an adjustable heat wave blowing mechanism to enhance cold air concentration and quick freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped in cold air from multiple angles, accelerating freezing times and ensuring uniform quality. The innovative wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system prevent wind dispersal. Low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both inlet and outlet minimize air loss. The internal air guide adjustment mechanism allows for on-the-fly wind direction changes, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow; The adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height and prevents cooling capacity loss.
