This is achieved via the dynamic action of a variable frequency conveyor belt, ensuring individual units are uniformly and swiftly frozen, with automatic drop-off for seamless shipment.
2. With the adoption of an adjustable heat wave blowing design, cold air focus and rapid freezing efficiency are greatly enhanced. Frozen products enjoy multi-directional, even airflow, expediting the freezing process and ensuring uniform quality. Incorporating a unique wind direction adjustment apparatus and precise air guidance system prevents wind misdirection. The design includes low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at the inlet and outlet, while the internal air guide adjustment device allows for real-time wind direction modifications, perfectly balancing cold air distribution without overflow. Additionally, the adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height, effectively conserving cooling capacity.
