Utilizing a freezing temperature of -35 ºC within the warehouse and the advanced principle of tunnel side blowing, this system efficiently cools products down to -18 ºC through the action of a variable frequency conveyor belt. Each unit is uniformly and swiftly frozen, with shipments being automatically discharged.
2. Featuring a customizable heat wave blowing design, this freezer significantly enhances cold air concentration and quick freezing efficiency. Products are evenly subjected to multidirectional airflow, ensuring rapid and consistent freezing results. A unique wind direction adjustment device paired with a precise air guidance system prevents wind deviation, while low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points provide further efficiency. The internal air guide adjustment device allows for real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry and preventing overflow. Additionally, the adjustable windbreak insulation device governs feeding height to minimize cooling capacity loss.
