This cutting-edge technology ensures a consistent airflow at controlled temperatures. The process involves high-humidity and low-temperature air friction, which forms a uniform heat conductor on the surface of pork. Typically, the outbound temperature is maintained at -18ºC, resulting in an ice-like state. With a thermal diffusion coefficient near zero degrees, the ice-like meat is four times more effective than water in conducting heat away gradually, thanks to the air and meat ice conductor interaction. The thawing parameters—temperature, humidity, and duration—are meticulously controlled via PLC microcomputer systems, facilitating a gentle thawing process. Recognized globally, this advanced thawing technology adjusts to a wide range of environmental conditions, meeting the thawing demands of various meat products. By setting customized temperature and humidity levels for different quality requirements, the pork thawing warehouse's temperature is precisely regulated between 0ºC and 15ºC. Depending on the meat thickness, typically taking 15mm as an example, thawing durations range from 16 to 20 hours. The result? Meat that retains its vibrant color and nutritional value, with minimal loss. Upon reaching a central temperature of -2ºC, the thawed meat enters an automatic fresh-keeping refrigeration state, allowing processing companies the flexibility to process as needed.

DEFROSTING STAGES
1. Stage One: Inner air temperature is adjusted from +10ºC to +4ºC over a duration of 1.5 hours;
2. Stage Two: Inner air temperature transitions from +4ºC to +1ºC, spanning 5.5 to 9.5 hours;
3. Stage Three: Inner air temperature shifts from +1ºC to -3ºC in just 1 hour;
4. Stage Four: Maintains an inner air temperature of -3ºC for optimal cold storage. (Following stage three, the defrosting process concludes. An alarm will sound for 5 minutes unless the machine is manually turned off, at which point it will enter stage four automatically).
