It adeptly adapts to diverse temperature and humidity conditions, fulfilling the distinct thawing needs of various meat types. Tailored temperature and humidity configurations cater to different quality requirements of thawed products. Within the block pork thawing chamber, the temperature dynamically shifts between 0ºC and 15ºC. Thawing durations typically range from 16 to 20 hours, contingent upon meat thickness—taking 15mm as a benchmark. Post-thaw, the meat boasts a vibrant color, with minimal nutritional loss. Upon achieving a central meat temperature of -2ºC, the system seamlessly transitions to a fresh-keeping refrigeration state, empowering processing companies with the convenience of immediate processing.

DEFROSTING STAGES
1. Stage One: Transition the inner air temperature from +10°C to +4°C over 1.5 hours.
2. Stage Two: Gradually adjust the inner air temperature from +4°C to +1°C over an extensive 5.5 to 9.5-hour interval.
3. Stage Three: Further cool the inner air temperature from +1°C to -3°C over just 1 hour.
4. Stage Four: Sustain the inner air temperature at -3°C for optimal cold storage. (Concluding Stage Three signifies the completion of the defrosting process. The defrosting room will emit an alarm for 5 minutes. If the machine is not turned off manually, it will automatically progress to Stage Four).
