1. By leveraging a chilling -35 ºC environment and the innovative principle of tunnel side blowing, the temperature is expertly reduced to -18 ºC using a variable frequency conveyor belt. This ensures each unit is uniformly and swiftly frozen, with seamless automatic discharge for convenience.
2. With an adjustable heat wave blowing design, this system enhances cold air concentration and accelerates freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped by even airflow in multiple directions, ensuring faster freezing and consistent quality. Featuring a unique wind adjustment device and a precise air guidance system to prevent wind drift, alongside carefully designed low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both the inlet and outlet. An internal air guide adjustment device allows for real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry without leaks. The adjustable windbreak insulation device expertly regulates feeding height, preventing cooling capacity loss.
