1. By leveraging a frigid -35 ºC internal environment and the tunnel side blowing principle, the product's temperature is rapidly reduced to -18 ºC using a variable frequency conveyor belt. This process ensures that individual units are uniformly and swiftly frozen, with an automated drop-off for shipment.
2. Employing an adjustable heat wave blowing design enhances the focus of cold air, accelerating freezing efficiency. Products are uniformly exposed to airflow from multiple directions, hastening freezing and maintaining consistent quality. A unique wind direction adjustment device combined with a precise air guidance system prevents wind dispersion. Furthermore, low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points regulate airflow. The internal air guide adjustment device allows real-time wind direction changes, controlling cold air symmetry without overflow. An adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height, minimizing cooling capacity loss.
