Through the dynamic action of a variable frequency conveyor belt, individual units are uniformly and rapidly frozen, with automated product discharge.
2. Incorporating an adaptable heat wave blowing design, this innovation boosts the concentration of cold air, enhancing quick freezing performance. Products are enfolded in cool air from multiple directions, accelerating freezing and guaranteeing uniform quality. The unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance mechanism prevent air loss, while low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at the entry and exit further enhance performance. The internal air guide adjustment allows real-time tweaking of wind direction, maintaining cold air symmetry without spillages. Meanwhile, the adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feeding height, preventing loss of cooling capacity.
