Utilizing a variable frequency conveyor belt, each unit is uniformly and swiftly frozen, with the convenience of automatic shipment drop-off.
2. Implementing a sophisticated adjustable heat wave blowing design, this machine enhances cold air focus and accelerates freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped evenly in multiple directions, facilitating faster freezing while ensuring consistent product quality. The unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system eliminate wind drift, while low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at the inlet and outlet provide superior insulation. The internal air guide adjustment device can be fine-tuned for wind direction, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow. Additionally, the adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feeding height, conserving cooling capacity effectively.
