1. Utilizing a -35 ºC chilled environment and sophisticated tunnel side blowing principles, the temperature of products is rapidly reduced to -18 ºC. This is achieved through a variable frequency conveyor belt that ensures each unit is uniformly and quickly frozen, with an automatic drop for seamless shipment.
2. Incorporates an adjustable heat wave blowing design to enhance the focus of cold air, optimizing quick freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped in multidirectional airflow, speeding up freezing and guaranteeing uniform quality. Features a unique wind direction adjustment tool and precise air guidance system to prevent air dissipation, complemented by low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guide adjustment allows wind direction changes at any moment, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow; an adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height, reducing cooling capacity loss.
