By harnessing the formidable -35 ºC temperature within the warehouse and leveraging the sophisticated principle of tunnel side blowing, the temperature of the product is efficiently reduced to -18 ºC. This is achieved through the action of a cutting-edge variable frequency conveyor belt, freezing individual units uniformly and rapidly, with an automatic shipment drop-off system to streamline operations.
2. Employing an innovative adjustable heat wave blowing design, our system enhances cold air concentration and optimizes quick freezing efficiency. Frozen products benefit from multi-directional air exposure, ensuring faster freezing and consistent quality. The advanced wind direction adjustment device, coupled with a precise air guidance system, prevents wind dispersal. Additionally, low-temperature resistant soft air curtains are thoughtfully designed for both the inlet and outlet, while the internal air guide adjustment device allows real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow. The adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feeding height, effectively minimizing cooling capacity loss.
