This is achieved through the action of a state-of-the-art variable frequency conveyor belt, ensuring each unit is uniformly and rapidly frozen, with automatic shipment drop-off for added convenience.
2. Featuring an adjustable heat wave blowing design, this system optimizes cold air focus to enhance quick-freezing efficiency. Frozen products benefit from multidirectional wind exposure, accelerating freezing and ensuring consistent quality. Equipped with a unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system, it prevents wind runaway and incorporates low-temperature-resistant soft air curtains at inlets and outlets. The internal air guide device offers real-time wind direction adjustment, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow. An adjustable windbreak insulation device controls feeding height, preventing cooling capacity loss.
