It uses a variable frequency conveyor belt to ensure each unit is uniformly and swiftly frozen, with automated product drop-off for seamless operation.
2. Incorporating an innovative adjustable heat wave blowing design to amplify cold air concentration and enhance quick freezing efficiency. Products benefit from multi-directional airflow, ensuring expedited freezing and uniform quality. This system features a unique wind direction adjustment device and a precise air guidance system to prevent airflow loss. It also includes low-temperature resistant, soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guide adjustment device permits real-time wind direction changes, maintaining cold air symmetry without spillage. An adjustable windbreak insulation device controls feed height, preventing cooling capacity loss.
