Utilizing a frigid -35 ºC internal warehouse temperature alongside the tunnel side-blowing principle, it effectively reduces product temperature to a chilly -18 ºC, aided by a variable frequency conveyor belt. This method ensures products are frozen uniformly and swiftly, with automatic drop shipment.
2. Employing an adjustable heat wave blowing design enhances cold air concentration and quick freezing efficiency. Products are evenly surrounded by air from multiple directions, facilitating faster freezing and consistent quality. The innovative wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system prevent wind deviations, while low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both the inlet and outlet are smartly designed. The internal air guide adjustment device allows real-time wind direction changes, maintaining cold air symmetry without overflow. An adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feeding height and prevents cooling capacity loss.
