1. Through the ingenious use of -35 ºC within the warehouse and the tunnel side blowing principle, the product's temperature is efficiently reduced to -18 ºC using a variable frequency conveyor belt. This ensures individual units are uniformly and rapidly frozen, with automatic shipment drop-off.
2. The cutting-edge adjustable heat wave blowing design improves cold air concentration and accelerates freezing efficiency. Products are evenly exposed to multidirectional winds, expediting freezing and maintaining uniform quality. The unique wind direction adjustment and precision air guidance systems prevent wind runaway. Low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points, along with the internal air guide adjustment mechanism, allow real-time wind direction control, ensuring cold air symmetry without overflow. The adjustable windbreak insulation device maintains optimal feeding height, minimizing cooling capacity loss.
