This ensures each unit is swiftly and uniformly frozen, with an automated drop-off system for seamless logistics.
2. The freezer incorporates an adjustable heat wave blowing design, enhancing cold air concentration for rapid freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped in multi-directional airflow, expediting the freezing process while maintaining product quality. The precise air guidance system and unique wind direction adjustment device prevent air drift, complemented by temperature-resistant soft air curtains at intake and outtake points. Internal air guide adjustments allow for real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry and minimizing leakage. Additionally, the adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feed height and reduces cooling capacity loss, ensuring optimal performance.
