1. By leveraging a chilling -35 ºC temperature within the warehouse and the tunnel side blowing principle, products are efficiently cooled to -18 ºC using a variable frequency conveyor belt. Each unit is swiftly and uniformly frozen, followed by an automatic drop for seamless shipment.
2. Embrace the advanced adjustable heat wave blowing design, enhancing cold air concentration and rapid freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped evenly from multiple directions, ensuring faster freezing and consistent quality. A pioneering wind direction adjustment device with precise air guidance prevents runaway winds, complemented by low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guide adjustment device allows real-time wind direction modifications, maintaining cold air symmetry without spillage. The adjustable windbreak insulation device regulates feeding height, preserving cooling capacity.
