1. Employing cutting-edge technology with a -35 ºC internal temperature and tunnel side blowing principle, it expertly reduces product temperatures to -18 ºC using a variable frequency conveyor belt. Individual units are uniformly and swiftly frozen, with automatic product discharge enhancing operational efficiency.
2. Featuring an innovative adjustable heat wave blowing design to enhance cold air targeting and rapid freezing efficiency. Products are enveloped in multidirectional air currents for faster and consistent freezing. A unique wind direction adjustment device and precise air guidance system avert wind drift, while low-temperature resistant soft air curtains are strategically placed at inlets and outlets. The internal air guide adjustment device allows real-time wind direction control, maintaining cold air symmetry and preventing leakage. An adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height, safeguarding against cooling capacity loss.
