1. Leveraging a -35 ºC temperature inside the warehouse and the innovative principle of tunnel side blowing, this system lowers product temperatures to -18 ºC via a variable frequency conveyor belt. This ensures swift and uniform freezing of individual units, with automatic dispensing for seamless operations.
2. Incorporating an adjustable heat wave blowing design enhances cold air concentration and accelerates freezing efficiency. The frozen products are enveloped in multi-directional airflow, ensuring rapid and uniform freezing. By employing a unique wind direction adjustment device and a precise air guidance system, it prevents air dispersion while using low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at entry and exit points. The internal air guide adjustment device allows for real-time wind direction modifications, maintaining cold air symmetry without spills; The windbreak insulation device is adjustable, controlling feed height and minimizing cooling loss.
