1. By leveraging the -35 ºC environment within the warehouse and the principle of tunnel side blowing, the product temperature is expertly lowered to -18 ºC. This is achieved through the action of a variable frequency conveyor belt, ensuring individual units are uniformly and swiftly frozen, with automated drop-off for convenience.
2. Incorporating an adjustable heat wave blowing design enhances cold air concentration and quick freezing efficiency. The frozen products are evenly exposed to airflow from multiple directions, accelerating the freezing process and ensuring consistent quality. This unique design employs a sophisticated wind direction adjustment device and a precise air guidance system to prevent wind dispersion. Additionally, low-temperature resistant soft air curtains are strategically placed at both the inlet and outlet. The internal air guide adjustment device allows for real-time wind direction adjustments, ensuring the cold air's symmetry without excess loss. The adjustable windbreak insulation device further optimizes feeding height and prevents cooling capacity loss.
