By harnessing the -35 ºC temperature within the warehouse and employing the tunnel side blowing principle, the system lowers the product temperature swiftly to -18 ºC via a variable frequency conveyor belt. Each unit is uniformly and rapidly frozen, with the shipment automatically released for seamless processing.
2. Implementing an adjustable heat wave blowing design, this freezer enhances cold air focus and quick freezing efficiency. Frozen products are enveloped in multiple directional winds, promoting faster freezing times and ensuring uniform quality. It features a distinctive wind direction adjustment device and a precise air guidance system to prevent wind deviation, with finely-designed low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at both inlet and outlet. The internal air guide adjustment device allows on-the-fly wind direction adjustments, maintaining cold air symmetry without leakage; The adjustable windbreak insulation device manages feeding height and mitigates cooling capacity loss.
